HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Once you have finished adding items to your cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page & we will guide you through the check out process.

WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, Paypal and bank transfer (via PayPal). 

HOW SAFE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Shipping shouldn’t be complicated which is why you will not be charged for shipping on all orders over $10. Orders take about 1-3 days to process & about 2-5 days for shipping. If all goes well, your item should arrive in less than a week! Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number where you can check for updates on your order.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Merchandise will be fully refunded within 14 days of receiving the items in the mail and returned to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer accepted, a store credit will be given. If after the 14 days you wish to return the item, a store credit only will be given.

Merchandise must be unworn and without any damages. Items will be inspected prior to releasing a full refund.
